Tansvaal natives Johann and Hans Pretorius were passionate about hunting and making Biltong. Hans was raised on a steady diet of Biltong, Droewors & Peaches in a traditional South African family. Passing the knowledge passed on to him from his father onto his grand son- Johann. Helping his grandfather make the spice mixture and prepare the meat, Johann learned from the best. Johann blames his biltong addiction on his grandparents who migrated to Pretoria from Swaziland. 

Oh but what a lovely Addiction it is!!
