Garlic Biltong sticks made using only the very best grass few British beef (No funky low grade meat here!) and my grandfathers secret recipe.

These sticks contain on average less than 30% of the original moisture giving it an equivalent "wet" weight of approx 170g (6oz) of beef. 

Biltong must be stored in a cool, dry well ventilated area so moisture can escape as the biltong will mould if left closed up.

Eat within 5 days of delivery or someone else will!
